We accept Cash, Check, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Silvana Gift cards. There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.

Gift cards are available in store or online at in any monetary amount. Gift cards are non-refundable and non- redeemable for cash. Gift cards must be presented at time of service.

With each visit, professional licensed technicians will treat you to the highest quality of service and purest products to give you consistent customer satisfaction time after time.

We offer a few different scheduling options. You can call (860) 589-7249, visit www.silvanaspa.com, or walk in. We suggest all clients arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment for full enjoyment of services. For Packages and multiple services, a credit card MUST be placed on file. We understand that sometimes a guest will be late. In this event, services may be adjusted accordingly. Time for all services and packages is estimated.

We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary. We ask a minimum of 24hr notice. Cancellation of a service with less then 24hrs notice will result in 100% charge.

We suggest a 20% gratuity.
